U.S. Market Development Associate
Overview
Twinlink is seeking a highly motivated U.S. Market Development Associate to help build and grow our presence in the United States. This role is designed for someone who is commercially minded, socially confident, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership. Formal academic credentials are not the primary consideration. We care more about your ability to communicate, build relationships, understand customer needs, learn quickly, and turn opportunities into measurable business results. You will work directly with Twinlink's leadership and international teams to support U.S. sales, marketing, partnerships, customer development, and regional business operations. As our U.S. business grows, this position has the opportunity to take on broader responsibility within the U.S. regional team. This is a remote position for candidates authorized to work in the United States. * Compensation for this position is performance-based and directly connected to the commercial results generated by Twinlink's U.S. regional business. The compensation structure may include commissions, performance incentives, and/or an agreed share of qualifying U.S. regional business results. Specific percentages, qualifying revenue, payment timing, attribution rules, and other compensation terms will be clearly defined in the employment or compensation agreement before the candidate accepts the position. As the U.S. business grows, the compensation structure and scope of the role may evolve accordingly.
