This proposed clinic is intended for business leaders and product owners who need to decide whether an AI pilot is worth funding. Participants work on a narrow fictional workflow so the plan can be evaluated without disclosing company data.
The program combines business discovery with engineering constraints. A useful plan names the user, the current task, the expected improvement, and the responsibilities that remain after the demonstration.

Groups estimate task volume, handling effort, review cost, and the consequences of an error. They identify which estimates are supported and which are assumptions. The exercise deliberately avoids claiming a precise return on investment from incomplete information.
Participants then select a measure that would matter to an operational owner, such as completed work with acceptable review effort. A faster response is not necessarily a faster completed task.

The pilot plan states the data boundary, a representative evaluation set, and the behavior expected when the system cannot help. Groups compare a predictive approach, a generative approach, and a simpler process change where appropriate.
The experiment is designed to answer a decision. It does not need to demonstrate every feature in a future platform. Participants record what would justify expansion and what would justify stopping.

A fictional budgeting worksheet includes inference, integration, review, monitoring, and maintenance of the evaluation set. Participants assign an owner to each cost and discuss the dependencies on other teams.
The final review asks whether the organization can operate the workflow with the proposed staffing and controls. This is often the missing question in a presentation focused only on model capability.
